I. Membership Levels & Shopping Voucher Rules

Massage therapists are categorized into the following membership levels based on the amount of prepaid shopping vouchers:

Basic Member: $1,000 worth of vouchers

Intermediate Member: $3,000 worth of vouchers

Advanced Member: $5,000 worth of vouchers

Diamond Member: $10,000 worth of vouchers

Shopping Voucher Usage and Redemption Rules:

Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

After 9 months, members may request to exit the plan and redeem the remaining value of their vouchers in cash.

Commission Rate: Commissions are calculated weekly based on the therapist's in-store service revenue and their membership level:

Basic Member: 50% commission

Intermediate Member: 52% commission

Advanced Member: 55% commission

Diamond Member: 60% commission

Additional Rules:

The first 50% of the commission is paid in cash or bank transfer.

Any amount above 50% is issued as shopping vouchers (valid for 3 years).

Example Calculations:

Intermediate Member, weekly in-store revenue of $10,000:

Total commission: $10,000 × 52% = $5,200

Cash portion (50%): $10,000 × 50% = $5,000

Extra 2% = $200 issued as shopping voucher

Actual payout: $5,000 (cash/transfer) + $200 (voucher)

Calculation Method:

Weekly revenue is based on the therapist's in-store service income, tracked or verified by the platform.

Commission is settled weekly:

Cash or transfer portion goes directly to the therapist's account.

Voucher portion is credited to the member’s online account.

Incentive Mechanism:

If a therapist’s in-store weekly revenue exceeds $5,000 for four consecutive weeks, their commission rate increases by an additional 1%.

Any commission above 50% continues to be issued in shopping vouchers (valid for 3 years).

Publishing Requirements:

Basic Member: 1 post per week

Intermediate Member: 2 posts per week

Advanced Member: 3 posts per week

Diamond Member: 5 posts per week

Content Guidelines:

Content is created and published by the Media Factory under the FAI Online Mall, based on the therapist’s preferences (e.g., service type, personal style).

Content must be original and related to massage services and the FAI platform.

Platforms for publishing include YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and other mainstream media channels.

Reward Mechanism:

any revenue generated by the content will be directly converted into bonuses for the massage therapist.

based on the member’s level and the content’s performance (view count, engagement, etc.) and is settled monthly, then distributed to the therapist's account (can be in cash or shopping vouchers).

certified as “High-Quality Content” by the platform (e.g., effective views exceed 5,000), an extra $10 shopping voucher is awarded.

Client Referral Commission Rules:

Commission Rate:

Junior Member: 2% commission for referring a new customer.

Intermediate Member: 4% commission.

Senior Member: 6% commission.

Diamond Member: 10% commission.

Calculation Method:

When a massage therapist refers a new customer who registers and makes a purchase on the platform, the commission is based on the customer’s first purchase amount.

Commission is paid out the week after the payment is completed (in cash).

If the referred customer becomes a member, the massage therapist also receives 1% of the member’s voucher amount as a one-time reward (issued in vouchers, valid for 3 years).

Other Information:

Upgrade Rules:
Members can upgrade their membership at any time by purchasing additional shopping vouchers, unlocking higher-level benefits.

Exit Mechanism:

After 9 months of membership, members may apply to exit the program. Any unused vouchers will be fully refunded in cash, with 30 days’ prior notice required.
